When people fail to hit the ask aggressively enough at the open when MM INTL isn't on the first ask, he will move down undercutting everyone and when they fail to hit that ask will whack the bid aggressively to sell his quota.
Anyone who attempts to undercut INTL for low level flipping will find he moves below them.
