Re: Coat Tail Rider #7541
My complaints with those same bureaucrats have to do with in-situ preservation, which is an absurd notion.

The Titanic’s documented decay is a prime example.

I have no problem with Spain’s sovereign immunity claims, but it isn’t recognized everywhere. The Bahamas, for example, says any wrecks in their territorial waters belongs to them and told them to STFU.

SFRX’s problems isn’t the FBAR, that’s just an excuse.

They fail to understand basic salvage law, as do their shareholders.

The fact you can’t even articulate a clear path to title makes you a real good fit with SFRX.

Oh, and generally bureaucrats are lazy. That’s been my experience, though there are exceptions.

But it is well documented that Kyle, Timmy, and The Baer were told CLEARLY by that a Spanish vessel that wrecked at Melbourne remained Spain’s property and it was a waste of time to pretend the state was hindering their efforts.

Quote:
I told both Kyle and Tim a long time ago that if they could find a way to truly partner with Spain/Spanish researchers then the door would probably be wide open for them.
