How 'bout a bird's eye view? Let's get real, ok?

Coca-cola, the sugar-water, liquid poison, multi-billion dollar, corporate behemoth, have convinced the entire world, the ENTIRE WORLD, that your life cannot be complete unless you drink that crap, or its' copycats, each and every day. Supersize it! How about some chips w/ that? Remember the jingle, "I'd like to teach the world to sing in peace and harmony"? Never mind it rots your teeth and who knows what else it does to your insides. Drop a tooth into a bottle of Coke and it dissolves. Never mind the multi-thousand dollar dental and medical bills. Have a coke and a smile!

Marlboro was a ladies cigarette at first. It was designed and marketed to get modern women to smoke. If you didn't smoke you were not modern. You want to be a modern woman, don't you? Well, then, modern women, you need to smoke! The originator of that campaign was none other than Edward Bernays, nephew of Sigmund Freud, one of the biggest frauds in all of recorded history. Mr. Bernays is the author of a book entitled "Propaganda". The apple didn't fall far from the tree! Advertising and Crisis Management are the "kissin' cousins" of Propaganda. Nearly all we see, hear and read starts out as a campaign of one sort or another. And then Marlboro became the man's macho cigarette. You want to be a real man, don't you? ...

Exactly how did we get into this opioid mess, anyhow? We wanted a better way to get rid our pain. You want to get rid of your pain, don't you? The reps were well-schooled to talk to the doctors. Your 'trusted' doctor, w/ white coat, stethoscope, and embroidered name above the left pocket, says this pill will do exactly that. Let's start you off w/ a small dose to see how it works. See you in a month? That's the propaganda. Then the advertising. Everywhere. Patients started asking for it. More advertising.

Here we are, more than 10 yrs later, and now it's a crisis. A Moral crisis!!! Doctors are conflicted! What is to be done? We need to do something!!! Opioids are restricted, street heroin becomes widely available. Funny how that happened, excess supply of opium, maybe? Heroin addiction explodes. So now we have a Moral Crisis and conflicted doctors. Oh, dear, what is a Multi-Multi-Billion dollar Medical Industrial Complex (MIC) to do?

The word Opioid comes from the word Opium which is the basis for Heroin. My goodness, how can herds of PhD biochemists from the very best schools have miscalculated so very badly? All the smartest guys and gals in the room from all over the world missed the connection, from the largest pharmaceutical companies to the AMA, were completely bamboozled; the FDA thoroughly tested the drugs w/ double-blinded, placebo-controlled studies and considered them generally safe ... the works!

These are all prime examples (or variations) of PRS (problem-reaction-solution) or the Hegelian Dialectic. We have been 'driven' to where we are now; like a herd of cattle. Hundreds of billions have been made and most of the general population is onto what is happening at just the right moment; on cue, as scheduled. We are, and have been, primed for the new thing - enter Bioelectronic medicine. And a new company is to emerge from obscurity to dominate the space. Technology to the rescue! Never mind the technology is at least 50 yrs old. Go figure.

They, the MIC, has lied in the past, how can we trust them now? The MIC responds w/ we are doing our best and nobody's perfect. As Mark Twain says, "It is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled". The bashturds will use this to continue to disavow BIEL and conclude it is a failure today and will be a failure tomorrow. Have you seen the sales in the last two quarters (?), they whine. I beg to differ, bashturd. As if YOU, you slimy cretin, are a reliable source of anything, except, of course, that awful stench that follows you, and your ugliness, to message boards everywhere in search of financial crumbs.

It is possible, in MY OPINION, that VLMS could turn out to be the 'middle man'/catalyst to a potential buyout/merger (or a hybrid combination thereof, ref: Probity posts on o.b.). It would be a huge feather in their cap. And don't think they don't know the medical device space and the giga-normous profits generated as a result. E.g. - 100,000,000 people worldwide w/ each buying ONLY 1 RecoveryRx device w/ a minimum $10 profit. That's $1 billion PROFIT minimum right there. Not a stretch w/ a muscled, politically connected, multi-national, well-funded, robust and full-bodied advertising/awareness campaign (digital, super-cheap, comparatively). One corporate negotiator to another ... Would BIEL go for $0.10 a share?

Look at my post # 6577. Every single one listed has Actipatch and RecoveryRx, that really can relieve your pain w/o opioids, w/ no side effects (unlike TENS!) and no chance of addiction. FDA approved and tested w/ many published studies (you, the user, can access them for yourself!), testimonials from your neighbors!, no sensation (unlike TENS!), portable (unlike TENS!), can use 24 hrs a day (unlike TENS!), and discreet (unlike TENS!), etc. Ask yourself this. After this opioid debacle (being very polite here) how do you think people, who really need pain relief (still!), are going to react to a massive awareness campaign stressing all the above points? Esp'ly if the products are covered via CMMS, VA, Insurance and nationalized medicine world-wide!

I think the bidding process for BIEL's attention has already come and gone. In my scenario, the past couple of years have been the 'chosen' contenders, two (possibly three, maybe) putting together their proposals. That being the case, then BIEL must be in the very final stages of either selecting or signing. Impossible to tell, no leaks at all, too much at stake. Everybody knows the numbers. BIEL is in the catbird seat. And finally, I could easily see the NO PAIN Act being the result of those contenders smoothing the way w/ some 'artful and creative' politicking to make that happen. They ALL want their fingers in this pie.

Inside joke: after this post, there is NO WAY I'm changing my signoff! What were you thinking, anyway?

Real eyes realize real lies.

BIEL will sit on the backbench ... until it doesn't.
Do yourself a favor ... BUY_MORE_SHARES
