facai88 was talking about VERB acquiring a company, who is cash flow positive.
Odd the bedwetters aren't talking about that. Fixated on mostly Rory and me while offering endless rants and whining.
So how does cash flow play into the buyout amount?
VERB uses the procedes of the sale of the sub Verb Direct to purchase a company that can accelerate Market.LIVE, become cashflow positive and no longer rely on capital markets, vulture funding and dilutions.
Sounds great. Funny the BWers that cried about Verb Direct, are now upset.

When you are talking to institutions, venture capital companies, etc., they WILL tell you what they care about and what they don't.
