It’s no longer about BIEL’s past/sales/financials.
The new norm for BIEL is via a vis the upcoming NOPAIN Act, possible CMS insurance coverage, and the anticipatory planning on the part of companies already in the Pain Arena.
Ya think companies that are established, well-run, moneyed, muscled, and savvy are just gonna pay no mind to THE Act, nor use their policy influence and lobbying to get that insurance spigot flowing for them?
Companies are just gonna sit back and let their competitors (yes, with an “s”) eat their lunch? These companies didn’t get to where they are being foolhardy.
They will have to vie with each other for BIEL’s goods.
PEMF portability, 5 FDA clearances, musculoskeletal, no side effects - who has all that? Who?
No company but BIEL. Not a one.
BIEL is TURNKEY.
It’s now all about what THE Act MEANS to PAIN companies going FORWARD.
Will BIEL be discounted by these companies based solely on past unpalatable results, or courted based on forward looking massive potential revenues by prospective suitors/partners vying for BIEL? I’ll go with the latter.
BIEL will not be negotiating with just “a” company. The suitors will hash it out for the goods and knock on BIEL’s door, again and again, if not already so.
All can change in a NY minute…the past gone in a flash.
All imo.
