Slight modification (thanks to a private reply) - search for "Equity Awards" and Note 7 is actually in the same S-1 in a table that shows the weighted average exercise price of all outstanding equity award options & warrants (90,705 @ $.77). You can obviously go through all previous SEC filings and piece it all together but I don't see the point...

Additionally please be aware my 5000 options / $3 exercise price was just illustrative for those you mistook it for fact...

But it doesn't change the fact that they only make money if the stock goes up...definitely a juicy incentive to make that happen.
