UNVC: FACTS CEO David Lee Dalton of Univec Inc. The man they say is going to make them wealthy. (Smart Traders have already made a mint with his help, not now though) 99% of the investors (me included) never really look or pay attention to what is going on in the filings. We believed Dalton and his supporters (No More)
Yet it is claimed JP Morgan, Ariel, Loop and others ready to back us. If they know this for a fact then its insider info and we're shut down anyway.
All they will do is laugh to themselves when they go through all the filings and they will, if Dalton has ever even talked with any of them.
Univec Inc. has no forward business plan and if you call what business he claims in the filings is business ok that's your privilege.
I and I'm sure there're others that agree with me, If I've invested in a company and the person who owns it, and he has been straight forward provided everything that has went on with the company, done everything he could to make a go of it, and it never made ok stuff happens, it wasn't what we all thought it was. On June 11, 2021, the Company issued one billion one hundred million (1,100,000,000) of restricted shares of common stock to Dr.
David Dalton as his conversion of $11,000 on the Company’s debt of Accrued employees benefits deducted on January 3, 2016, dated
on which was that conversion submitted to the transfer agent.

In the filings he states he got them on 05/09/2021 and they were worth 0.001 per shares equals $1,100,000.00 and he got them at NO Discount, yet he got them for 0.00001 per-shares which equals $11,000.00.
Here is the PPS the 05/07/2021--05/10/2021 and the 9th was on Sunday, you go by the 7th, which the value was $68,200,000.00.
Do the math he got 100,000 shares for $1.00, 1 million for $10.00.
