Thanks for checking that, generactor. We'll hope that this is a case where it's correct, not making up precedents like it did for that case that got the attorney in trouble for relying on it, hahaha.

We sure have not heard ANYTHING about the status of the Feds' case against Nader and Kazempour. I wonder if CYDY would have to PR that, or if they can ignore it. In a way it's not material to CYDY any more since the case is against them personally, and CYDY is not on the hook for Nader's legal expenses.
