Almost all of the shares to be registered are from the Paulson raise this year and yeah, you gotta figure those shareholders are in it for the longer term.

There are a shit ton of warrants though, $45 million worth at face value plus probably $10+ million more not covered by this S-1 and most still have years to expiration. That's a lot of capital potentially generated if the share price cooperates.
