To whomever may be interested in knowing the truth (Proverbs 12:22)
Over the past 41 years or so, I personally have accumulated many news articles that numerous oil and gas professionals wrote about the abundance of oil and gas that is still yet to be found on and offshore Israel. These articles all say Israel's oil & gas potential is proven and will be very huge.
I am referencing only a few of these articles now, but eventually, I will share all the other information now that our SEC and all legal issues are currently all resolved.
Yossi Langotsky's article of March 5, 1999, quotes both the chief geologists of Shell and Exxon, who estimated oil of 500 to 2,000 million barrels from primary recovery for the Israeli Government. Also, the USGS Report by the US Government estimates 1.7 billion barrels of recoverable oil and 122 trillion cubic ft of Gas in The Levant Basin (offshore and onshore.) Zion's new Megiddo License will be in this basin. Also, a Globes article of May 29, 2011, says Petroleum Supervisor Dr. Yaakov Mimran indicates it's the same deep Cretaceous strata in the Levant Basin as in the Mediterranean. Also, in 2011 The Wall Street Journal article of April 5, 2011, quotes The World Energy Council's estimates of 250 billion barrels In Israeli shale oil deposits for comparison to Saudi Arabia's proven reserves of 260 billion barrels.
And many other such articles are available if people only read them. However, most skeptics today know very little about oil exploration in Israel and too often only listen to rumors and spin-off stories of others, believing that what they hear or see on the internet is accurate without any proof. I also knew very little about the oil business when I was first sent to Israel, nor do I have any idea what the future will someday reveal. But the miracles over my journey of faith have kept me steadfast in His word, never wavering in The Vision that he set forth in my heart for Zion Oil & Gas to find the Oil of Israel, which I believe will eventually come to pass. (Hab.2:2,3)
Furthering the science about the oil of Israel, scriptures in the Bible also confirm the blessings of the deep have been found. (Isa. 60:5) And Noble's offshore gas discovery was that proof. (Deut. 33: 18,19) And so is the oil discovery on Ephraim by Givot Olam. Tova Luskin was given the same scripture that I was in (Deut. 32: 13-16) before he found the oil on Ephraim, so far 12 ½ million barrels of oil have been found by Givot Olam, and I believe that discovery on Manasseh is next for Zion Oil.
Again, some skeptics interpret the oil in The Bible of Moses and Jacob's Blessing as Olive Oil (see the article by Steve Spillman 2006.) But this also is not true; and in addition to Steve's article, his father, Jim, in 1981 came to my church Zion Temple in Michigan, and revealed scriptures that had been given to him by God to write a new book, "The Great Treasure Hunt," and this was when my journey of faith first began. And Jim's new book was sold and distributed all over the media in the USA and worldwide by the Full Gospel Businessman Fellowship Conventions, virtually in every major city. During all this, by the way, this oil venture was, at that point in time, not my original vision or idea. I only believed what The Bible said before I received the scriptures (Acts 22: 14,15) and vision while personally in Israel in May of 1983!
Soon after, in 1983, the Lord called me to Israel to be in the oil business and to find the oil of Israel. Many skeptics still today think that we were only doing this for the money because there hasn't been a large discovery yet onshore. Still, my feeling is that after 41 years and all the personal time and money that I spent to create Zion before 2000, that The Vision that God gave me over 30 years ago is slowly beginning to come to pass. We fully intend to fulfill our "Journey of Faith" by finding and producing the oil of Israel on the head of Joseph, just like The Bible says. (Heb. 10:35, 36)
Very few people are aware of this because they think I did this for money. But that is not the truth. My son Mark and I both had to personally sign a two-million-dollar promissory note and guarantee before the state of Israel would issue Zion our first petroleum license in Israel. God says you can't serve Him and money both, and quite frankly, I don't plan on going to hell over money. (Ecc. 12:13,14) Stewardship over God's money is always a requirement and not optional. Also, misusing His word for any personal benefit or gain is another sure way of going to hell. (Rev. 22:18-19)
There have been many false accusations and rumors about me and others since I first began to read The Scriptures and "by faith" (1 Cor. 2:5) believed them to pursue The Vision that God gave me. Also, I have never knowingly misled or asked anyone to invest in Zion because of what I said that God said to me. The scriptures that God wrote about the oil and The Bible are what I and many others believed. We only shared our faith by believing in The Bible and not any fake news. (Heb. 11:1)
It should have been fairly obvious by now that after I had written the book, "The Oil of Israel Prophecies Being Fulfilled," it was entirely by faith (Jer. 30:2)( 2 Cor. 4:13) I said and wrote in the Vision Book that no one should invest in Zion Oil and Gas, Inc. based only on my faith, beliefs and personal interpretation of the Scripture, As we have said this many times over the years that any investments in Zion Oil and Gas, Inc. should be based on both prayer (Isa.48:17) and only after a very thorough legal and financial review of all of Zion's SEC Filings (www.sec.gov). This book, Prophecies Being Fulfilled, will be given out as a gift to whoever requests it directly from Zion Oil & Gas (www.zionoil.com)
Also, for your information, when I first started Zion (with all my own money), I personally owned 520,000 shares of Zion stock. To date, I have given away a lot of these shares as gifts to many others, and I still have shares that I plan on giving away to charities, churches, ministries, etc. I have never sold any shares of Zion stock because I believe what Jesus said in (Acts 20:35) "It is better and more blessed to give than to receive." So, when you hear others accuse us that we are only in Zion for the money, it is not the truth! And it will be proven by God in His court of Justice. (Or any of you can view all our previous financials and filings now at www.secfilings.gov)
I hurt because I'm concerned for all previous and present shareholders who may have, at one time or another, believed what The Bible said but have turned back and now have questioned the honesty and integrity that God requires us to have. Endurance, patience, and unwavering faith, which I believe will eventually win out. (James 1:3,4) The SEC review and other lawsuits have hurt all our shareholders financially while we were made to wait and while our stock price was being manipulated. Why? Because of all the lies being spread about Zion to others! These are the people who will be held accountable to God and not Zion. (Pro. 8: 6-9)
(Acts 27:25)
