What does this mean, exactly?
It's entering the OTC sewers where anything is possible.
It's complete garbage. Either abandoned or a shell. If they want to further dilute shares, which most likely will happen, they need to find a way to pump it.
RS is not possible because of no current standing.
It can exist forever as long as there is one trade within 365 days. SEC cannot revoke it, no longer registered. Suspension will never happen until fraudulent activity is detected. Fraud is never detected until it goes up 1000s%.
Steel Reserve does not butter shit up. We say it just like it is and do not care about hurting anyone's feelings.
What will ECOX do? Probably nothing. But history shows that a small percent of this scenario turned out to be 150,000% gainers before suspension/CE.
