If investors do their research well then there are rich pickings to be found from among stocks which may be trading under 5 cents a share. On Tuesday there were a number of such stocks which had clocked significant gains and it may be a good idea for investors to take a closer look into it.
Sibannac Inc (OTC:SNNC) – The Nevada registered corporation was in the news this morning after it made an announcement with regards to its recent acquisition of Immersive Brand Concepts. That resulted in a strong rally in the Sibannac stock and it ended up with gains of as much as 58.82%.
The company noted that the acquisition was a major new milestone since it would help it in disrupting the alternative wellness market. Immersive Brand is a company that is involved in the product development and manufacturing space in the new generation wellness industry.
Cann American Corp (OTC:CNNA) The company saw its stock come into sharp focus today as it ended up with gains of as much as 8.33%. While there was no news about the company today, it should be noted that on May 24 it had provided some key updates with regards to its acquisition of Liberty Health Plus.
Once the acquisition was completed on May 10 the founder of Liberty Health Plus Michael Kramer was appointed to the Cann American Corp board. Additionally, the company’s board also approved a name change to Prodigy Health Plus as part of a brand synergy exercise.
Solar Integrated Roofing Corp (OTC:SIRC) – Today, the Solar Integrated Roofing Corp stock was one of the prime movers in this category and ended up with gains of 10.53% amidst heavy focus. The company provided an update with regards to its binding letter of commitment with Tribeca Energy, a yet to be formed entity backed by Neo Energy Storage Ltd and Global Fund LLC.
The company noted that Tribeca would consummate a merger by way of which it would be listed on either of NYSE or NASDAQ by the end of October 2023.

TII) – Today Defense Technologies International Corp saw its stock end the day with gains of as much as 19.25%. The company announced on June 7 that it had roped in a new distributor in the form of SAFER SCHOOL TECHNOLOGIES, for the distribution of its products in the state of Texas.
SAFER SCHOOL is the latest addition in the company’s distribution network for the state.
AllStar Health Brands Inc (OTC:ALST)– This could well be one of the stocks to watch given the surging trading volumes. On May 31, AllStar Health Brands had announced that it had inked a co-production agreement with the financing and television production company Entertainment Venture Group and Rob Rainford Inc.
The collaboration is meant for the continued production of the show ‘Hungry’ which is hosted by ‘Chef Rob Rainford’. Rainford had previously been the host of ‘License to Grill’.
