"IF they had a hand in the Amarex Fuckery"...of all people... you know what "et al" means in legal terms...all others that are legally part/associated/owned by a lesser/greater entity...thereby have legal entanglement with all others...
NSF was not the CRO...and not necessarily responsible/alert... for day to day activities,...Butt..having oversight and responsibility for the CRO...are squarely a target for SA.
IF it can be proven that they aided and abetted bad behavior...the corporate veil can and will be pierced...All without emotion...I don't hate NSF...I'm surprised that you are so emotional about it...you know ...the rules and all.
