A good read arguing that an SEC (or FINRA or OTCM) acceptance of a filing is NOT any sort of approval of that filing. By way of coincidental example, if $CNNA does file a Form 10 & avoids EM, it doesn't mean that $CNNA is any less of a criminal enterprise.
