Jack Welch, former CEO of GE once said (slight paraphrasing) "Yes, I am the head of this company, but I don't have the slightest idea how to make a toaster or a TV set. That is not my job. My job is to hire the right people who DO know how to make those products so I can keep this company on the path to financial gain."
