Time for show & tell with the docs
It's that time to put up or shut up. Shareholders own the right to see any and all agreements (redacted or not) referenced in tweets (incl. all social media platforms), press releases and filings.
All shareholders deserve to see are parties names, parties signatures and dates of agreement and term of agreements. Keep in mind all of these agreements have confirmed via tweets (social media), press releases and some filings.
These agreements would include:
- Australia solar farm and feedstock partnership agreements between National Mechanical Group and Reeau/Aspire
- Australia feed stocks land agreements between Blissful Holdings and National Mechanical Group Corp.
- Durango, Mexico 40MW solar farm partnership agreement between Blissful Holdings and National Mechanical Group Corp.
- Durango, Mexico solar farm site survey work and permit applications by partners
- Atlas Transit Solutions signed MOU for wi-fi/led screens bus shelters
