great article in the WSJ today about the pharma space - and how the inflation reduction act (govt negotiating prices for drugs nearing patent expiration) is forcing big pharma to buy new drugs to boost revenue to replace this lost revenue. mentioned an example of Merck buying an unapproved drug in phase II for $10 billion. thus, the backdrop seems to be set up perfectly for us - and Cyrus has made it clear that he will entertain various options, such as a buyout.
I would think the stars are aligned - If we can just get this hold lifted - and clear that uncertainty. really hoping we get a PR for a call next week - it's now coming up on 3 weeks, and they referenced that they would announce the next call "soon" - c'mon guys, it's time.
