INVC: Follow up I've heard of some funny math going on, this picture isn't from the filings that i can find anywhere
No where in any filings does it state shares of Daltons being 1,226,265,451
You can add the 6,316,072 still restricted to the 1,219,949,379 and get the 1,226,265,451 its not in any filings i can find.
In the filings 12/31/2020 and 12/312019 Dalton had 1,204,254,879 common shares
In 12/31/2021 Daltons share count was 1,219,949,379 (15,694,568 Difference
Where did Dalton acquire these 15,694,568
Number of shares in the Public Float 1,105,667,789 06/30/2022 (06/30/2021 Float was 221,867,522
Number of shares in the Public Float 1,113,658,071 09/30/2022
7,990,282 was added to the public float to be traded in 3rd quarter of 2022
