Maybe, but it would seem that they would have been a bit involved during all the time they had been giving money to Generex / NGIO I would think and since they added Eric, I think his name is.
They had to have some kind of a plan in place since they purchased NuGenerex and then brought him on board. I am really hoping we hear something soon. It's been a long time now since anyone has heard something and now that NUGX or whatever they were using has now got taken away by the SEC, we don't even have files anymore after the 8K.
Bankruptcy is going nowhere, and this is all quiet. Not a good sign for anyone....
