If you ask intelligent people with experience in mergers and acquisitions about the potential for UEEC; they will likely inquire about the company and it’s products but they definitely want to know the current pps.
The fact that this companies shares are worth 1/6 of what they were when Thom took over is of massive concern.
If PMA happens and Suitors come calling you want the pps as high as possible. That’s just common sense.
Though some will try to tell you current pps is meaningless as this is a binary event.

That’s just wishful thinking, all acquisitions take current pps into account, in addition to market share (O% ) in all formats.
