I agree the truth breaks their narrative. Doc would have to merge companies into UNVC to make it worth selling. As soon as 1 million shares are sold the price plummets. He won't own the shell that is actually worth a lot of money and loses all his private companies. He sells 4% of his holding, he will not own enough shares to remain CEO .
Anybody suggesting this as an option is just foolish. UNVC would be taught at
Wharton business school as cautionary tale. Supplanting Enron and WorldCom as examples of severe business stupidity.
I am very happy to invest IN UNVC that is going to change the healthcare system for the better. Only one thing left to say 55%/45%. What doc owns and what we own of UNVC. We all have to win for DOC to win.
