every indication is that Cyrus will be back - otherwise they would've changed the website, etc. as such, i think they're holding off on scheduling this call to coincide when he can either (a) join the call, or (b) give concrete timing as to his return. i can't imagine they want to host a call without an answer to this big question - and again, i think it points further to him coming back, and soon - because if he was out for 3 months, for example, they'd go ahead and schedule the call.
it's also likely that they want to wait until everything has been submitted to the FDA - or they are very close.
Just my 2 cents from trying to read behind the lines. Clearly they realize a call is necessary - but until these 2 items are nailed down to some extent, it wouldn't be a productive call. To the extent they PR a call in the next week or so - i think it points to good news on all fronts.
