May 31. An excellent day for $SFLM with new interest + former bid sitters finally realizing that they had to buy .0004 + .0005 (now) to add any significant amount to their inventory of shares for trading much higher later.
Prior to the open MMs indicated they they would be willing to gap up to .0005 - however those trying to block with a .0004 ask left over failed to cancel.
All significant trades were reported contemporaneously in earlier posts.
Main points were:
- Ask buys of 11M + 22M in 2 individual seconds took all the original .0004 ask stacked by those attempting to hold it back.
- .0005s up with only 23M there on first uptick.
- .0005s started with multiple 10K fills + a 3M block.
- Peak bid of 89M at .0004.
- 35M bought at .0004 on the bid of which only 9M added to the ask.
- Walked down ask of 13M from those trying to hold it back.
- Closed 121M .0003 x 13M .0004.
Overall, 77.4M bought today at .0004 + .0005.
We know that there has been no dilution since the new CEO took over and that the SEC has prohibited any further selling of non-registered shares as done by the previous CEO.
Share Structure updated May 1 - again no change - no dilution.
There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 211 days.

Expect movement up over the days, weeks and months ahead as the new CEO releases details of his acquisition and licensing plans.
It is also anticipated that there will be a name change and ticker change to better align with the new business.

The SEC had been investigating the old company under the previous CEO for selling unregistered offerings October 10, 2019 up to December 9, 2021. This accounted for why share increases declared monthly at otcmarkets.com during that period appeared to be insignificant compared to the total volume traded in each period. The matter is now closed with $SFLM agreeing to pay a $25K fine in quarterly installments.
