Adenovirus is a promising vector platform due to safety and ability to stimulate immune responses in multiple species. This is essentially, a gene therapy designed to induce the body to produce LL. If successful, this work could lead to a single injection that suppresses HIV replication long term without needing ART and this is one of the many projects we are working on to obtain non-dilutive capital financing of trials.
