When you go to link you find an impressive company call QM Cell Dots or QMC Dots, a manufacture of solar panels. Nowhere do they actually say quantum dots, but QMC in LinkedIn actually does. And no where do they describe the technology behind their QMC Dots. The most recent article by Frank Ring is dated March 6, 2023. All other articles in 2021 range. I have called the company several times and replied in their reply box. Also subscribed to newsletter. I can't get a reply and the number does not answer, evidently busy day after day. According the website they have a history of installing solar panels. What I want to know is where do they get their dots, or who do they license from? Hard to imagine they have their own proprietary quantum dot copyrights and technology. Sure seems like it must be QMC. And with the QMC reference in LinkedIN in seems all the more so. But they don’t seem to be active. I have a vague memory that QMC copyrighted the term QMDots, but I am not sure. I checked out the partnership they describe with an Ethiopian conservation NGO and I do see any reference to QMC Dots. Another QMC mystery.
