Based on SPP being FoxEss partner since Novermber 30 2021, SPP being listed on FoxEsss 'official website since July 2022 and the recent raise of capital by FoxEss ( one would assume for growth like such things as building a manufacturing facility in the US and US marketing) IMHO there is a possibility that FoxEss will be financing ELBA Power Corp.

Sun Pacific Power Corp is a partner of FoxEss since November 30 2021, is in need of financing to build their US Solar manufacturing facility and to date has not contributed anything to FoxEss bottom line yet FoxEss list them as their only global partner and contract for the company.
Meanwhile FoxEss raises 145 million at the time SPP is in the middle of purchasing a 3 million dollar facility to begin building a US Solar manufacturing facility that will be producing Solar panels, and products similar to FoxEss's batteries and inverters.
