I do see it again, but 4 hours ago it was not there. My son actually pointed it out to me so I also looked and it was not there. I go to SEC.gov/edgar and type Univec into the search box like I always do. Interesting it was there, then I didn't see it and now it its there. This is a holiday weekend, Sunday night so they are obviously not working as they are 9:00 to 5:00 weekdays.

It looks like just a glitch, sorry. I can't explain why for both of us it was not there and now it is.??????????
