Since you brought it up

A new public company, at its first board meeting and you get this scenario, that could go like this.
..
"So, tell us about this global partner Sun Pacific Power?" Things are progressing on schedule we should be producing our batteries and inverters at their Elba Power Corp facility in time we begin our US marketing campaign.

.

"How much experience do they have in the lithium battery/inverter space?"
We will be providing technical support in the build out and set up training technician to operate the machinery.

"How do Sun Pacific Power's 2022 and 2023 battery/inverter sales numbers look?"Once the factory is up and running we project sales will be 40 to 60% higher due to our US made batteries and inverters will be eligible for US government Tax incentives and profits 20 to 30% higher due to lower shipping cost and no tariffs being applied.

"What about the distributor agreement and Sun Pacific Power's distribution numbers?" Since we haven't started our US marketing campaign yet we are not anticipating many sales short term once the campaign is full swing we are looking for SPP to capture 25 to 40% of the US market.

"Where is Sun Pacific Power's corporate office?" 2251 Curtis Road Elba AL.

"Have we looked at their parent company's recents filings?"Past and present filings are Irrelevant as our investment into the company is taking it in a whole new direction as a US supplier of our batteries and inverters, reducing our shipping cost, making us eligible for US tax incentives, free us from US tariffs and putting a "made in the US label on all products sold in the US.

We see are relationship with SPP as an opportunity to sell more product in the US because those products will qualify for US tax government incentives (though 2030) while the products we make in China do not., and we can sell them cheaper with higher profit margins due to no tariffs and less shipping cost.
