Doctor Dalton is in prime position to take full advantage of this massive government resource. Once this bill is signed, I believe Doctor Dalton will rollout his plan. Dalton knows the bureaucracy of Washington. He has had unexpected delays due to pandemic, red tape etc. This business is health and people, there are stringent rules regarding health and well-being.
