The KEY difference is that Apple had already made it, well prior to Jobs leaving the picture. Had he left prior to iMac, IPod, iPhone, iPad, without his drive, vision, and tenacity you probably wouldn't even know the name Apple today (it most likely would NOT "stand"
. Conversely, look what Nader's leadership resulted in. Leadership is key, not unlike having the best "widget" in the world, but if somebody doesn't sell it, then you only have a paperweight.
