That is right Perchy, games are being played so just buy and hold once news hits and pressure from new buyers come in it will run. MM are accumulating big time.. The EOD trades I believe are between them. It is frustrating but they have control for right now but ICPA will break thru soon.. They are gathering shares because them know what is comin!!
