While I agree with Cyrus putting Covid19 in the rear view mirror and focusing on key targets, I do mourn the lost opportunity. The world has psychologically put this in the rear view mirror also but the problem has not gone away. $50 billion a year in lost productivity from long covid. One person is dying every 4 minutes now from covid19. Escape mutations and viral evolution are inevitable…hopefully virulence does not come back to haunt.
