This report is very concrete. We are not discussing a "bad tendency" regarding our need for more cost effective elder care, but a "clear and present" danger to be addressed. In the US there is the "sandwich generation." In China, it is the 4-2-1 reality. And in Japan, their lack of inexpensive labor coupled with a declining birthrate has the Japanese national health care paying 90% of robotic health care starting a year from now.
