It could be true. NYSE: X is only one of JBII's customers. They may have had other orders to fill first and anticipated filling NYSE: X February 11 tanker order on the basis of having processor 3 up. JBII is not the only supplier of fuel so I'm sure NYSE: X will be okay and will buy again (assuming that poster is even accurate) when JBII has supply for them. JBII sells at a discount to market prices, a price no competitor can meet probably since other fuel suppliers operate on paper thin margins.
