What was the specific content of the complaint?

Sean: It was 3 years ago in July 2020 according to the "SEC" (if it really was them). That would put it just after the big run-up to $10 and the short attack that followed. I think there might have been an effort to prod the SEC to do something. I may have signed a petition or sent in a copy of a complaint form generated by other CYDY stockholders. I don't really remember.
In any case, I googled the name and phone number of the "SEC" writer and she was listed at the Los Angeles SEC office. So I told her in an email I'd speak with her but wanted to initiate the call myself as a precaution against a phishing attempt. She at first agreed and commended me on my caution. Then shortly thereafter sent me this:
Mr. Lxxxxx –
We will not be able to speak on Tuesday. We will reach out to you if we need additional information.
Wendy
So I don't know if it was a phishing attempt or legit but the ending left me a bit suspicious and I thought I'd let you all know. Ganesha
