May 18. A satisfactory status quo day at .0004 ask while most OTC traders needed to be on 3 other Watch List tickers: $APRU starting its breakout back to .0050 - .0017 > .0023 so far plus the usual dip loading opportunities on $ENZC $INQD.

In summary:
- More .0004s went
- .0003 bid was topped up as required
- Again there were MM>MM mirror trades
- Closed with 46M at .0004 - net less than earlier in the day with none of the .0003s bought today added.
We know that there has been no dilution since the new CEO took over and that the SEC has prohibited any further selling of non-registered shares as done by the previous CEO.
Overall, 11M was traded today - at .0003 and .0004.
A .0003 bid was maintained all day above the 200M+ bid at .0002 which has had no fills.
No news.
Share Structure updated May 1 - again no change - no dilution.
There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 198 days.
An update with WY SOS on May 12, 2023 confirmed the change of CEO, that the new company was "Current - Active", now in "Good Standing" for tax and a change of company Primary Office location to UT (from FL).

Expect movement up over the days, weeks and months ahead as the new CEO releases details of his acquisition and licensing plans.
It is also anticipated that there will be a name change and ticker change to better align with the new business.
Currently OTC Pink Limited due to the slightly late filing of the Annual Report - should be back to OTC Pink Current soon. This rating has no effect on the ability to be traded.
Note:
The SEC had been investigating the old company under the previous CEO for selling unregistered offerings October 10, 2019 up to December 9, 2021. This accounted for why share increases declared monthly at otcmarkets.com during that period appeared to be insignificant compared to the total volume traded in each period. The matter is now closed with $SFLM agreeing to pay a $25K fine in quarterly installments.
