SEC investigation, prompted by complaint linked by others to a shorting campaign, destroyed pps and continues to affect pps despite SEC admitting investigation is over without finding any impropriety-something unusual to my knowledge.
Its like a front page accusation with a single line dismissal ca 5 years later on p99.
forcing ZNOG onto OTCQX bc ZION couldnt meet the Nasdaq min bid price
nothing wrong with otcqx- a lot of foreign blue chips use it to avoid ca 185k/yr big board fees and red tape
but many stockbrokers are ignorant beyond comprehension re the otc exchange -and pass that ignorance/hostility to their clients -causing their clients to withdraw from a stock downgrading to OTCQX -eventhough all otcqx stocks are SEC reporting and have imo as much available info as almost all investors need
same thing would happen to a lesser degree if ZNOG cant meet OTCQX 10c min bid price and thus would drop to OTCQB ( formerly aka "Fully Reporting" bc all otcqb stocks are also SEC reporting
ZNOG owns its own drill and has its own indigenous drill workers now plus 3D survey and other things that make ZNOG closer to victory than before
but these things are not reflected in the pps
new blood is not coming in bc SEC scare probably stopped John Browns former visits to xtian churches /destinations
old blood leaves bc big guys dont understand the otc exchange /validity
many players presume a company on otc is not worth it- doesnt have anything

I was sent to them from 1991 to 1995-as the supposed body they had first dibs to be blessed. They prophesied amazing things over me- always saying it was the strongest anointing of their lives -and yet- the adversary (their master) always stole their own word and witness from them WITHIN MINUTES. How can that happen-the strongest anointing of their lives!
and they cant hold onto anything he tells them for 3 minutes-so I would be instructed as Paul often was, to shake the dust off my feet since they rejected their Mt 10:11-14 time of visitation
then i was sent to various other groups/systems to give them a time of visitation -e.g 25 years to the legal system- not one person in the entire legal system or body would even come into Mt 18:19 agreement with me for the deliverance of these systems prior to what is now the coming judgment. Same w medical system, business and the stock market -all who have the same master.
He will have to sovereignly intervene to right the ship He created. Same in Haggai ch 1 -even with the remnant of the remnant they were STILL putting themselves first instead of Him first!. So he had to sovereignly bypass their rebellious free will to stir them up- bc they otherwise will NEVER change
