May 17. Another less than ideal day for $SFLM.

Around 142M was traded at .0003 today - both by bidders and those buying out the walked down ask.
Of this, 2 x 46M could have been MM > MM transfers from a note holder to institutional level buyers and the largest subsequent ask buy was 9M.
Peak ask at .0004 was 49M - down to 39.8M by the close as none of the last 15M bought on the ask at .0003 was added at .0004.
We know that there has been no dilution since the new CEO took over and that the SEC has prohibited any further selling of non-registered shares as done by the previous CEO.
Overall, 144.6M was traded today - at .0003 and .0004.
There was a peak 211M bid at .0002 - $42K - before some was moved up to hit the .0003 ask and leave a 4M+ .0003 bid.

Share Structure updated May 1 - again no change - no dilution.
There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 197 days.
An update with WY SOS on May 12, 2023 confirmed the change of CEO, that the new company was "Current - Active", now in "Good Standing" for tax and a change of company Primary Office location to UT (from FL).

Expect movement up over the days, weeks and months ahead as the new CEO releases details of his acquisition and licensing plans.
It is also anticipated that there will be a name change and ticker change to better align with the new business.
Currently OTC Pink Limited due to the slightly late filing of the Annual Report - should be back to OTC Pink Current soon. This rating has no effect on the ability to be traded.
Note:
The SEC had been investigating the old company under the previous CEO for selling unregistered offerings October 10, 2019 up to December 9, 2021. This accounted for why share increases declared monthly at otcmarkets.com during that period appeared to be insignificant compared to the total volume traded in each period. The matter is now closed with $SFLM agreeing to pay a $25K fine in quarterly installments.
