May 16. A less than ideal day for $SFLM.
First those paying attention learned that the SEC had been investigating the old company under the previous CEO for selling unregistered offerings October 10, 2019 up to December 9, 2021. This accounted for why share increases declared monthly at otcmarkets.com during that period appeared to be insignificant compared to the total volume traded in each period. The matter is now closed with $SFLM agreeing to pay a $25K fine in quarterly installments.

Next we had either a basher/scammer - and/or traders not understanding that the above action was irrelevant to the new company under the new CEO - walking down 17M formerly at .0006 to sell for a commission loss at .0005.
Then - after an earlier 2M paint down at .0004 - we had approximately 85M bought at .0004 on the bid in a single second at 15:50:17 - including blocks of 36M, 35.2M and 3 x 3M.
Overall, 88.2M was traded today - all bought on the bid at .0004.
There was a 103M bid at .0003 - $31K.
Most OTC market top traders were busy elsewhere all day on $ENZC and $INQD so we can expect the .0004s on the undercut ask to get bought out when they can get around to it.

Share Structure updated May 1 - again no change - no dilution.
There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 196 days.
An update with WY SOS on May 12, 2023 confirmed the change of CEO, that the new company was "Current - Active", now in "Good Standing" for tax and a change of company Primary Office location to UT (from FL).

Expect movement up over the days, weeks and months ahead as the new CEO releases details of his acquisition and licensing plans.
It is also anticipated that there will be a name change and ticker change to better align with the new business.
Currently OTC Pink Limited due to the slightly late filing of the Annual Report - should be back to OTC Pink Current soon. This rating has no effect on the ability to be traded.
