Nice to see the filing a day early! No new businesses rolled into EGOC during the 1st quarter as expected. No change other than shares and the reverse split. Now EGOC should let us know what the new business or businesses are that they are going to bring into EGOC. Should hear something soon on that topic in the coming days is my bet. jmo
