The lifting of the hold (decided by the FDA) and the Amarex situation (decided by an arbitrator) are in no way linked to each other in terms of one needing the other to happen before the other can announce a decision.
There is no "timeline to ferret out a conclusion" in connection with Amarex, because, as I have said many times, arbitrators have their own schedules and this is a very complex situation. 22 months is the AVERAGE time in which an arbitration was concluded as of 2 years ago or so and we are not near that yet. Yes, the decision could come at any time, but that is just a guideline to know. We don't even know if each side has rested its case and the decision is resting with the arbitrator.
We KNOW that the timeline for the FDA is 30 days from when the last information was provided to them, and that is what we don't know right now, at least to the best of my knowledge.
