If it is tied together, I would suggest that it works in our favor as longs. The major players are not shying away, but before going forward, they would probably like to have a better idea of just where things stand. It is not that they don't profit from the games (short attacks, NDA's on cocktail napkins,etc...) and/or like them, they just want to be sure that the house is maintaining it's advantage. One can't be expected to survive on warrants alone. 2020 was fast & furious. There is a lot to sort through. Things like litigation & clinical holds might be considered as tools or opportunities to some. It all fell apart at pretty much the same time. IMHO, things will perk up in the same manner. As to the timeline, I am certain that no one knows for sure & major players do not see it as a detriment. Could have dropped the BLA & moved on long ago, minus the drama & a lot of up & down price action.
