Due Diligence: PART 1 of 3
Does anyone think the company/entity below was/is an actual subsidiary of Blissful Holdings? Soluciones De Energia Diversificada Internacional, S.A.P.I. . This is the "entity" that supposedly signed a partnership agreement with National Mechanical Group Corp? Is it an entity? If so, where is this entity registered? Not in the U.S.. Maybe Mexico? This agreement has an SEC 8-K filing tied to it so hope the company actually exists. That would not be good, if it didn't/doesn't exist, being a material event for a public company.
Blissful Holdings LLC still registered in Arizona, along with multiple other LLCs opened & closed, in a short period of time, during beginning of Covid. But blissfullholdings.com website hasn't existed for a long time. No Soluciones De Energia Diversificada Internacional, S.A.P.I. showing as a subsidiary of Blissful Holdings LLC?

Durango Mexico, SEDI signs LOI with EPC on the development of its 50 MW solar farm, and after land agreement procured. One of the many steps, those who ask what's the status? Things don't happen overnight and if you want that don't ask! We are doing! $SNPW #Solar #green #energy

How did this company National Mechanical Group (“NMG” ) ever get named to be a partner to develop a solar farm in Mexico? National Mechanical Group (“NMG”) has never started business operations since it was formed. Just a holding company for the 4 year old non-glass solar permits.
in my humble opinion
cheers
