Yes cupcake, I can. A propagandist is a lying looned up librul nutburger who makes claims repeatedly but can't back up their claims with evidence when called out to do so. They will, however, keep on making the same old unsubstantiated claims day in and day out proving to one and all that they are very stupid as well as being a liar.
