Already proven and tried… must read article that keeps Trump from being president again. Link at bottom of page.
Two non profits are trying to keep Trump from being president using the insurrection constitutional clause. They have already used it on a convicted Jan 6th day riot person who is/was an elected official in New Mexico and was removed from office at a judges ruling.
Interesting article that shows that the US DOJ might not have to file before Trump is banned from ever serving in any official capacity in any elected office
