Re: mayhem72ss #273

Good Morning Mayhem72ss.  In my opinion, the share structure adjustment would need to be a big one (by this I mean a large ratio).  If you run with the assumption that MMTE will indeed merge with TTXP, then the share structure will have to be much smaller to make up for the rapid expansion of TTXP shares once the 2.5 million dollar promotion is paid, then the 43-101 (if ever done) needs to be funded, then the environmental impact study, a number of other studies need to soon follow, and then a preliminary development plan must be filed.  Keep in mind, a copper mine is one of the most expensive mines to develop and bring on line, and the time required is lengthy.  Copper mines also require huge amounts of earth moving equipment, and this equipment is not cheap.  We do not know if they intend to process their own copper or pay someone else to do it, but either way, the cost to process is enormous and the mitigation of environmental issues is expensive.  So I would look for a reduction to nearly nothing for MMTE shareholders, and then a short blip before the dilution begins.

The above scenario is based on the idea that a copper mine actually will be developed.  But keep in mind that is not typically the way William operates any of his past or present companies.  So what we could see is a long drawn out process with lots of promises and foreward looking statements, but nothing to show for it.  Under this type of circumstance, the stock could be pumped and hyped to high heaven if William can find investors who don't know his record.  This would mean the share price could rise for a short period before crashing to the ground and then dying a slow and painful death.
