As long as he can keep UNVC going, gifting himself with loads of shares to sell, why would he want to do anything different, that would mean he has to work for it, plus being truthful in his filings which are a joke no way would SEC except them.
Reality has to hit at some point, he could care less who has to sell and move on as long as he can fool another group into coming in.
