Pharaoh, let me clarify something here, we are not an advantaged few. EVERYONE here was notified that this was going to happen and had the opportunity to be on the call.
I can't see any advantage in the light that if the private placement does not fit my situation, that makes no difference, I cannot sell or buy BCAP for thirty days after the call.
It was a choice I made for my investment here. Others could have made that choice as well.
