Announces Management Changes Sep 29 11 PBS Holding, Inc. announced that the Current Chairman and CEO, Mr. Edward Vakser, will resign and focus on the management and growth of Artfest International, Inc. (ARTS), and the President/CEO duties will be handled by Mr. Patrick J. Bricker. Mr. Bricker comes from a strong lineage of CEO and management leaders and mentors. The company also has engaged Mr. Kent Waldrep as a new Chairman. Mr. Waldrep has an extensive executive and entrepreneurial background in sports and non-profit foundations. Mr. Waldrep will also become the new commissioner for UWFL, which is owned by a sister company Tradestar Resource Corporation, trading under TSRR.
