Since it is obvious that the stock is frozen, dead in the water, or whatever your favorite metaphor...my question is, "Is the company itself still a going concern, dead in the water, or just plain dead?". I find it odd that the company has not even sent out an info message giving some sort of status and current plans if only to communicate that they still have a pulse.
